ST, SME, CRCST, CIS, CER, CHL — Founder & Lead Coach
Keith W. Cunningham is a certified sterile processing professional with years of hands-on experience in hospital departments. Having navigated the challenges of the field firsthand — from entry-level work to leadership — he created SPD Phonatiks to provide the mentorship and resources that weren't available along the way.
The name 'Phonatiks' reflects a commitment to speaking up for SPD technicians — amplifying their value, their voices, and their careers in a field that too often goes unrecognized.

About Sherie Boyce, Ph. D. The EMO Academic/Professional Consultant/Coach | Entrepreneurial Leader. More than 19 years (>39 years) in both Medical/Scientific/Pharmaceutical Research (Including Mallinckrodt Medical, Washington University School of Medicine, and Searle/Monsanto/Pharmacia/Pfizer, as a Research Biologist, and Post-Secondary Education, at State University of New York/Morrisville, Trident University International, and American InterContinental University (in Business Management Entrepreneurship curriculum) Professor/Internship/Externship Program Coordinator. The Consultant/Coach has completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology, a Master of Business Administration, and a Ph.D. in Business Management and Organization. As a result of the unique combined education and experiences accomplished by the Consultant, as well as the actual Non-Traditional Learner and Career transition modes of the proposed Target Market, there is a strong purpose for augmenting those who seek powerful, profound, positive, and personal assistance for creating and sustaining educational and career success.
